Sponsors

• No refunds are available for sponsors under any circumstances.

Exhibitors

• 100% refund available if cancellation is made before November 1st, 2024.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after November 1st, 2024.

Registrations

• 100% refund available if cancellation is made before November 1st, 2024.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after November 1st, 2024.

General Terms

1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@quantumliteracy.org.
2. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be used to determine eligibility for refunds.
3. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within  30 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
4. The conference organizers reserve the right to modify this policy at their discretion.
